Buying directly from the author

Liberty Truth Outlet is the independent bookstore at LibertyTruth.org, operated by James Trent Goodbaudy. Contact support@libertytruth.org. Public business mailing address: 116 Main Street, Gabbs, NV 89409, United States.

These terms apply to direct purchases from this store. Review the selected title, edition, format, quantity, delivery estimate, and total before paying. A PDF is an electronic edition; it does not include a printed copy unless the listing expressly describes a print-and-digital bundle.

Orders and payment authorization

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize payment of the total shown. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable tax and any shipping charge are displayed before payment. There is no recurring subscription unless separately described and expressly accepted.

Payment and available wallet services are processed through Stripe and the service you select. An order receipt acknowledges your order; payment or fulfillment may still be pending if indicated. If we cannot supply an item or a material listing error affects the order, we will explain the issue and offer a correction with your agreement or cancel and refund affected amounts. We will not substitute a format or charge more without agreement.

Digital PDF license and delivery

A digital purchase grants a nonexclusive license for your personal, noncommercial reading and personal backup. You may use it on your own compatible devices and print a copy for your personal use. Copyright remains with the rights holder.

Do not resell the file, upload it publicly, or distribute copies to others without permission. This license does not restrict fair use, accessibility rights, or other rights protected by law. Contact us about classroom, group, library, or commercial permissions.

Access begins after payment confirmation. Download instructions are supplied on the order-confirmation page or by email where available. Guest checkout does not require an account. Any download limit, expiry date, or special technical requirement must be disclosed before purchase. Contact support if the file or access link fails.

Printed books and fulfillment

We offer free standard printed-book shipping to supported United States addresses. International printed-book shipping is not currently offered. PDF editions are available internationally where the sale and payment method are supported and lawful. PDFs are delivered electronically without physical shipping charges. Applicable taxes and the order total are shown before payment.

In-stock books are shipped with tracking within 48 hours after receipt of your completed order and required payment authorization. This is a dispatch promise, not an arrival promise. In mixed orders, in-stock books follow that timeframe unless you ask us to hold the items together. Books produced through Amazon KDP author copies require manufacturing; generally allow approximately 2–3 weeks for arrival, unless a different estimate is stated before purchase.

KDP author copies do not qualify for Amazon Prime shipping benefits. Production, holidays, location, and carrier conditions can affect estimates. We remain responsible for supporting your direct purchase. If shipment cannot occur within the stated timeframe, we will provide the required delay notice, cancellation/refund option, and obtain consent where required.

Cancellations, returns, and remedies

For printed books, contact us promptly to cancel before dispatch if fulfillment can still be stopped. Once production or dispatch is underway, cancellation may not be operationally possible; mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain.

We do not offer change-of-mind printed-book returns. Our 30-day defect return process covers defective, damaged, or incorrect books reported within 30 days after delivery. Keep the book otherwise unused apart from reasonable inspection. This condition does not exclude legal remedies for defects discovered through reasonable use or beyond that period.

Digital PDFs cannot be returned. You may cancel before download or access for a refund. After access, we do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds. Faulty, incorrect, undelivered, or materially misdescribed digital content remains eligible for appropriate help, correction, replacement, or refund, as required.

We cover reasonable required return shipping for verified defects, damage, or our errors through an agreed method. Obtain instructions before returning a book; do not send it to Amazon or KDP without direction. Refunds go to the original payment method unless otherwise lawfully agreed. Mandatory deadlines and consumer rights take priority over store procedures.

Privacy and marketing choices

Guest checkout is welcome. Order information is used for fulfillment, support, security, accounting, and legitimate legal or operational purposes. Transaction records are not immediately deleted after a guest purchase.

Promotional email requires a separate optional affirmative choice. Accepting these terms does not enroll you in marketing. We do not use customer delivery addresses for unsolicited postal marketing. See the Privacy Policy for information handling and privacy requests.

Questions, disputes, and accurate records

If something is wrong, contact support with the order number and a description so we can help. We may use relevant order, payment, fulfillment, download-access, consent, and support records to investigate or respond to payment disputes. We collect and retain only what is reasonably needed for legitimate purposes.

Contacting us is encouraged, but does not prevent a legitimate chargeback, complaint, or other statutory remedy. You do not waive payment-network rights by agreeing to these terms. No punitive dispute penalty, mandatory arbitration clause, or class-action waiver is imposed by these terms.

Book content and legal rights

Books may present educational information, personal experiences, or opinions. They are not personalized legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Use suitable professional help for decisions that require it. This does not excuse a defective product or materially inaccurate product description.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the store is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a book. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, intentional misconduct, or applicable statutory remedies. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections. Any unenforceable provision is limited only as legally necessary, without taking away other applicable rights. Changes apply prospectively; the terms presented for your order govern that purchase except where law requires otherwise. Effective date: 10-18-2026.

Your applicable consumer rights take priority over our voluntary refund rules. Where the law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal right for digital content, accessing a file does not by itself remove that right unless the legal conditions for ending it have been met. A general agreement to purchase terms is not a substitute for any separate consent or acknowledgement required for immediate digital delivery.
