Our approach
This policy applies to books purchased directly from Liberty Truth Outlet. Purchases made through Amazon or another retailer follow that retailer’s process. Nothing here limits remedies or cancellation rights required by applicable law.
Printed books: defects and order problems
We do not offer change-of-mind returns. For our 30-day return process, contact us within 30 days after delivery if your book is defective, damaged, or the wrong item. Keep it otherwise unused, apart from reasonable inspection, and retain packaging if available.
A defect discovered during reasonable use, missing packaging, or a report outside 30 days does not remove rights you have under applicable law. We will assess the problem and provide an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund, as required. Sale-priced books receive the same remedies for defects and fulfillment errors.
How to request help
Email support@libertytruth.org with your order number, the affected title and format, and a short explanation. Photos can help with physical damage or printing defects; tell us if you cannot provide them. Never send payment-card credentials.
Contact us for instructions before returning anything. Do not send books to Amazon, KDP, or an address taken from a shipping label unless we specifically direct you there. We will confirm whether a return is needed and provide the appropriate address.
For a verified defect, damaged shipment, or our fulfillment error, the customer covers reasonable required return shipping through an agreed method. We will not impose a restocking fee on these remedies.
Digital PDF editions
Digital PDFs cannot be physically returned. Once a PDF has been downloaded or accessed, we do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds. If you contact us before download or access, you may cancel for a refund.
If a file is missing, incorrect, corrupted, or materially different from what was described, contact us. We will help restore access or supply a corrected file; where that does not resolve the problem, we will provide an appropriate refund or other remedy. This does not exclude statutory digital-content rights.
A download log is an access record, not proof that you read the book. If access history is missing or unclear, we will review the facts rather than assume access occurred.
Cancellations and delivery problems
Ask us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a printed order. We can normally cancel before dispatch if fulfillment can still be stopped. If production or dispatch is already underway, we will explain what can be stopped and what remedies remain; any legally required cancellation right still applies.
If we cannot meet the stated shipping timeframe, we will provide the required delay notice and a cancellation/refund option. Where consent to a delay is required, we will obtain it or cancel and refund as required. A general notice that delays are possible is not advance agreement to any delay.
For a lost or undelivered order, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate replacement or refund. A carrier’s delivered scan is relevant evidence, but does not automatically settle every delivery complaint.
Refunds and bundles
Approved refunds go to the original payment method, unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. We will confirm the amount and when the refund is submitted. Your bank or payment service may take additional time to post it.
Refunds for affected items include amounts required by law, including applicable tax and shipping charges. We do not deduct return postage for our verified errors or defects. For bundles, the remedy relates to the affected components and the price allocation disclosed at purchase; we will not invent undisclosed deductions.
Support and your rights
Please contact us if something is wrong so we have an opportunity to help. Contacting us is not a condition that prevents you from using payment-provider remedies, a legitimate chargeback, or other legal rights. No punitive dispute fee applies.

International digital purchases
Your applicable consumer rights take priority over our voluntary refund rules. Where the law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal right for digital content, accessing a file does not by itself remove that right unless the legal conditions for ending it have been met. A general agreement to purchase terms is not a substitute for any separate consent or acknowledgement required for immediate digital delivery.
